I had one of the roughest crown replacement experiences I’ve ever been through—painful and completely lacking care. Afterward, I was told I had to pay $800 for a deep cleaning or they wouldn’t even provide a standard cleaning, which felt more like a sales tactic than patient care. Between the constant upselling and my son being told he had seven cavities (a second dentist found none), it’s clear this practice prioritizes profit over patients.

This place is such a scam. I had a deep cleaning 2 years ago and all of a sudden I needed another one and insurance just happens to only pay for it every 3 years. I got charged almost $1000 dollars for this deep cleaning, which is ridiculous. It took a dental hygenist less than an hour to do this. They probably pay her $40 an hour. The woman at the front desk Claudia was extremely rude when I simply asked them to mail me a bill for this incredibly expensive and probably unnecessary procedure. My advice, go see a dentist who owns his own dental practice and not one of these corporate dental practices that only care about profits. I'm going to call my friend at the Nevada Attorney Generals office and have them look into this company. Im sure I'm not the only one they have been scamming.

This location of radiant smiles is my absolute favorite. Dr. Chow Dr V and Bridget are the most amazing people. I’ve never had a cleaning that didn’t tear my gums up and hurt me really badly. Bridget is the most gentle and efficient person I’ve ever had clean my teeth thanks! . I literally will drive into vegas just to go to this dentist!
