Jacky and his partner were quick, efficient and professional throughout the install of my new Lennox furnace and removal of the former one. This is the second time that I use HVAC Trust having used them four years previous for a central air conditioning replacement, they were great then and it’s nice to know they still are! Highly recommended.
I had been dealing with HVAC issues in my condo for a long time, and it was incredibly frustrating — no one seemed able to properly diagnose or fix the problem. After going through multiple attempts, I finally got connected with Ali, and that completely changed my experience. Ali provided outstanding customer service from the very beginning. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right solution. He offered me a great deal on replacing my HVAC system and stayed in touch throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed and answering my questions. It made a huge difference to feel supported and not left in the dark. The technician Siamak, who completed the installation was equally impressive. The service was fast, professional, and very well done. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything clearly — from how the thermostat works to how the entire system operates. He made sure I understood all the details and answered all my questions patiently. Overall, this was a night-and-day difference compared to my past experiences. I’m very grateful to both Ali and Siamak for their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
Jacky was great! He had our heat pump installed in just a few hours and made the entire process smooth and efficient. He also took the time to explain how the system works and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Jacky to anyone considering a heat pump installation.
