Extremely unprofessional and disappointing hiring experience with iApp Technologies. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, including 2 HR rounds, and was clearly informed that I had been shortlisted. I was then asked to submit my documents for offer letter generation — which usually indicates final selection. After making me wait for an entire month, HR representatives suddenly informed me that “management is not hiring at the moment.” This is not just poor communication — it reflects a complete lack of internal coordination and seriousness toward candidates. If the company was unsure about hiring, why proceed till the final stage and ask for documents? This shows disregard for candidates’ time, effort, and expectations. Such behavior creates a very negative impression of the organization’s professionalism and hiring ethics. I would strongly advise candidates to be cautious while engaging in their hiring process.
