I have been using MacBooks for more than 14 years now and icare BD is hands down the best MacBook service center that I have come across. I came here with my MacBook which was completely dead and they returned it to me as good as new, fully functional and working, that too in the 2nd day of Eid when everything else was closed. This is the first time a service center in Bangladesh was able to bring a dead macbook with motherboard level damage back to life. They have advanced lab and everything. You can trust them with your eyes closed. Extremely caring and honest people.
Very disappointing experience with iCare BD. They did not maintain their commitment and used what appears to be a low-quality Chinese replacement display for my MacBook. I had to wait almost 4 months for the display replacement. Unfortunately, after the replacement, the display worked for only 2–3 days before it failed again. I returned the MacBook, but they took more time and could not fix the problem. The entire process was frustrating and a waste of both my time and money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend iCare BD. I suggest going to a more reliable repair shop with experienced technicians and better-quality parts instead Additional you are not right. I took 3 month for flaxgate repair and i have travel several time which wasting my time and money and you failed. You took also 2 month for fix the display with excuses. I used 2 or 3 days and i have send you video when its problametic still you are saying clever answer it was physical damage but display work on when the laptop was half fold. Otherwise you said the resolution you said that is good but it seems like vga. I have all the proof and recipt. The most disgusting thing is your miss communication. Expertise proof on work not in mouth.
