I was genuinely excited about this car and reached out on chat. Their team was quite responsive at first and clarified the availability for the test drive. I informed the team in advance before heading to the showroom, but when I got there, there were no cars available. I waited for almost 40 minutes, and then a sales rep came over and told me no cars are available for test drive for the day. When I highlighted the poor experience, the sales rep claimed I’ve only been waiting for 10 minutes. What made it worse is that he didn’t even offer to book a follow-up slot. I’ve visited a few other showrooms while car shopping, and this was by far the least professional experience on the sales floor. If the sales experience was this poor, I wonder how the after-sales experience would turn out to be.

The Chinese brand car showroom was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. I test-drove the car; it was luxurious and the price was excellent. Special thanks to the salesperson, Mohammed; he was very helpful, cheerful, and efficient.
