Rick is amazing! he’s been training my puppy since he was 16 weeks and the growth has been phenomenal! the training has been personalized to what we need and our goals and I can tell rick cares a lot about his clients and the results. if i had to suggest a trainer to anyone i would tell them about rick at impactful cainine!

I have a 2 year old Great Pyrenees that is difficult to take on walks. He growls, barks and lunges at strange dogs and loud pickup trucks. I dreaded walking him around the neighborhood because of his behavior. I reached out to Rick with Impactful Canine Training for help. Rick noticed immediately that Henry is not an aggressive dog, but rather a fearful dog. Rick used training methods to increase Henry's confidence while also teaching him that it is unacceptable to growl, bark and lunge at dogs and trucks. I do appreciate that Rick starts with the least intrusive methods of training and works his way up until something works. Now that Rick taught me how to deal with Henry on walks, it is a much, much better experience! Rick's training methods are geared towards your specific dog and not just a standard method of training.
