Jay was awesome from the first time I called. I expected a long wait to be accomodated into his schedule, but he was available within days! Over the phone, he asked me some basic details and I provided the dimensions of my rooms. I received a quote within minutes :) On the day of service, Jay and his assistant were super nice. They were attentive enought to ask me to review if they had missed any spots. The work was excellent! I would definitely recommend Imperial Carpet Cleaning any time, any day. In fact, I called Altitude Cleaners first, but they were too busy and recommended Jay . EDIT: I saw a neutral review mentioning that Jay jokes and makes small talk—all true—but my wife and I found it endearing.

Jay, the owner of Imperial Carpet Cleaning, was very professional and able to get my carpet cleaning scheduled for the same week. Coincidentally, the day I had my carpets cleaned the weather was very rainy, so my carpets took a long time (almost 2 days) to dry. Jay set the expectation (because he has top notch customer service skills) that it would take more time to dry because of the weather, so I didn't mind at all. As my carpet dried out, I noticed some discolored spots that felt a little greasy to the touch. Concerned, I called him and explained what I was noticing. He said, "No problem, we'll be back out on XX Date (just a day or two later) and make it right." He believes that something was pulled up through the carpet from the carpet pad, but the second treatment fixed the issue. Jay didn't charge me for the second visit and seemed happy to make a happy customer. Jay truly stands behind his work and wants you to be happy with his service. I recommend Imperial Carpet Cleaning and will certainly use this service again. I'm happy to support a trustworthy and talented local business!

I highly recommend Imperial Carpet Cleaning for all of your household cleaning needs, from furniture to carpet. I came across this company after hiring another local carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets and had to send them away as the technician was under the influence. I had to have my carpets cleaned quickly, called Imperial and they arrived very quickly. I have now used the owner Jay and his crew n three times in the last year and will not use another company. I am very pleased with the services offered and more then pleased with the very fair prices.
