I would not recommend IMS Window Furnishings / JP Blinds. We placed a residential window furnishings order in 2025 for shutters, roller blinds and Versa Drapes, with installation expected in December 2025. As at late June 2026, the order is still not properly resolved. The initial installation was incomplete. After repeated follow-ups, we were given later completion dates, including a guaranteed completion date in March. That also failed because several items were supplied or installed incorrectly. Some items then needed to be rectified or remanufactured. Communication throughout has been poor. We repeatedly had to chase the business for updates, dates and accountability. Commitments were made and then not met. A final installation was scheduled for 26 June 2026. No one attended, and we received no proper explanation or responsible follow-up over the weekend. The business has paid compensation for delay and inconvenience, but the order itself remains unresolved. We have now lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and are seeking a refund for the remaining incomplete, unresolved and/or incorrectly supplied items. In my experience, the service, communication, quality control and follow-through were well below what I would expect from a professional window furnishings company.
