I came here the other day for a routine checkup and cleaning, which I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. The office staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. Isabel the front desk receptionist provided outstanding communication and was thoroughly helpful with my insurance and the financial part of my visit as I needed to have a tooth extraction and was initially worried about the cost. Johnna the dental assistant was amazing and was able to provide outstanding quality of care insured. I felt comfortable and safe through the cleaning process and all of my x-rays that needed to be conducted. She educated me through each step that was being taken and was professional throughout the visit. Dr. James, the dentist was by far one of the best dentist I’ve ever experience. He was thorough, quick personable and friendly. He provided me all options and educated me and guided me through recommendations that needed to be done for further treatment of my teeth and gums. overall I will be coming back and will be recommending to family and friends. Also, all of their equipment is new up-to-date technology that really makes the visit faster 10000/10 experience

10/10 would recommend In Line! Dr James is not only professional and very knowledgeable, his friendly demeanor kept me calm during my appointment. I appreciate the short wait time as well as how easy scheduling was. Isabel at the front is also so helpful and was able to answer any questions I had.

I had a great experience at In Line Dentistry! Dr. James Chon was kind and assuring throughout the entire process and the office was clean. The insurance acceptance process very smooth and I would recommend this office highly.
