Best carwash not just in gurgaon, in whole India. My car is shining like new. Was waiting for this place to be open. These guys amazing. Staff is so brilliant in their work. Owner is so down to earth always smiling and greets customer like his own family. Definitely will come back. Infinity smart carwash and automall, sec 30 gurgaon near signature tower and ebowla club
The first free car wash is only provided between 2 PM and 4 PM. Car wash is INR 399 + GST. Its fast but not worth the money.
⭐️ 1 Star – Poor Service & Customer Management Very disappointing experience at Infinity Smart Car Wash, Gurgaon. The service is promoted as a 3-minute car wash, but there was no assurance or clarity regarding the actual waiting time. The biggest issue was poor customer management. Customers were left waiting without being given any clear information about when their car would be taken up or how long the process would actually take. If you cannot provide the service within the promised time, at least give customers a realistic waiting time and manage the queue properly. The lack of communication and customer handling needs serious improvement.
