Used this company for 7 years for commercial cleaning. Service was average and inconsistent. The main issue is management — Micol is defensive and aggressive, and Sharron in the office is unfriendly. We were even sent a service agreement stating weekly carpet cleaning when we don’t have carpet, and it took two months to correct. When a fee increase was requested and we raised concerns about quality, the response was again defensive rather than professional. Would not recommend — there are more affordable and far more professional operators available.
We had a deep clean done in our Office and it was done to a high level of detail. Additionally - steam cleaning our carpets after 3.5years bought them back to a high standard - very happy with the work and will definitely use the Infoclean team again.
