I had an excellent experience with Innovative HVAC Inc. Ram came out today, July 5th, during a holiday weekend, to service my AC condensate water pump. I was extremely grateful for the prompt response, especially over a busy holiday weekend. Ram was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and provides outstanding customer service. My AC is working perfectly again, and I truly appreciate the company’s responsiveness and Ram’s expertise. I highly recommend Innovative HVAC Inc. to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service.

Ram is excellent! My a/c stopped working last night, there was hot air coming out of the vents and the fan blade in the unit outside wasn’t spinning. I called Innovative hvac this morning and they were able to send someone within a few hours. Ram called and said he was able to come even earlier. He found the issue immediately and thankfully had the part needed to fix my unit. It’s nice and cool in my home again and I’m so grateful. I’ll only be using Innovative HVAC from now on.

Ram showed up on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend in less than an hour! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought I might need to replace the unit and he assured me it will be good for at least another 5 years and that he wouldn’t ever sell a customer something they don’t need.
