I had a great experience with Nawaz and INRO. High class bespoke service from start to finish, and the end product is perfect. The new strap has completely transformed my watch and it has gone from being rarely used to my new favourite. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much as always, Nawaz. My green lizard strap is perfect. INRO first made this strap for me around 7 years ago, so I was really impressed that they could recreate it so beautifully again. The colour, fit and craftsmanship are just right — I’m so pleased with it.
I worked with INRO to create two bespoke leather watch straps for a very special Cartier watch I received as a gift on my wedding day. The process was seamless from the start. It started with meeting Nawaz of INRO at the INRO atelier, where he showed me a curated variety of leathers, as well as some unique leathers I’d requested over email. We ended up selecting two different alligator leathers - a gorgeous dark blue and cognac brown - and the process of bringing the vision to life began. Nawaz went above in beyond in my project, commissioning a custom stamp to have my family crest embossed in the strap itself - a truly special detail. Nawaz epitomizes service - he is responsive, courteous, collaborative, and cares deeply about bringing his clients’ vision to life. With the two straps and my watch’s original, it’s as if I now have three unique watches. A strap for every occasion. It was a pleasure to work with Nawaz on my watch straps, and I’m certain that we will work together again.
