I did not just walk into Dr Hernandez office… I searched for the best , most qualified dentist I could find, and I was not disappointed . I had veneers, implants, crowns and cavaties done. Spotless office, dr Hernandez listens, explains, works late if you need to catch a flight back…. Cannot say enough. And ALL the staff is so, so sweet. Will be going back yearly for check ups. His office is in the heart of the Romantica Zone Puerta Vallarta which I’ve fallen in love with. 10 stars if I could give.

From the moment I met Dr. Alberto Hernandez I felt comfortable and welcomed. My dental issues had come up suddenly and we arrived in Puerto Vallarta within 2 days of talking to him on the phone from Canada. He assured me that he would be able to find the time to see me and complete the dental work I needed. This was a sharp contrast to my search for a dentist who could see me quickly in Canada! Dr Alberto spent time listening to my dental history and reassuring me in his gentle and caring manner and we came up with a plan. My anxiety melted away. What impressed me most was that Dr. Alberto was confident and knowledgeable and that he approached my dental issues in a holistic way that made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Throughout all of my appointments I felt he valued and listened to my concerns and questions and addressed them professionally. He spoke English very well and communication was never a problem. His explanations were thorough, I didn’t feel pressured and from the first day his pricing was transparent, and by the time work was completed, it was on the mark. Dr Alberto is a perfectionist and his attention to detail was obvious at every appointment. This led me to know that he has high standards and I trusted him. When I first saw my new and improved smile I was elated! I could see from Dr Alberto’s genuine smile and the twinkle in his eyes that he was as joyful as me and it warmed my heart. I felt genuinely cared for and so lucky to have a dentist that is so dedicated and devoted to his craft. He genuinely celebrates when his “art” brings happiness to a patient! Thank you Dr. Alberto.
