As a Health & Safety Officer reviewing training records for new employees, I recently received a manual handling certificate from this provider and had concerns regarding its quality and professionalism. The certificate contained multiple spelling and grammar errors, including wording that would not normally be expected on a professional training certificate. One example was the apparent misspelling of "legislation" on the certificate itself. There were also several grammatical issues throughout the document. As someone responsible for reviewing employee training records, this certificate raised enough questions that I felt additional verification was necessary before accepting it. I would encourage employers and H&S professionals to carefully review any certificates received and verify them directly with the training provider before relying on them for compliance purposes.
