I had a very disappointing experience with iThink Logistics. Parcel pickups are consistently delayed or not done at all. Their customer support is extremely unresponsive, with no proper updates or follow-ups. Even after raising multiple complaints, the issues remain unresolved. This lack of professionalism has affected my business operations. I would not recommend their service unless they significantly improve their pickup management and customer support.
I’ve been using iThink Logistic for my e-commerce business for the last 3 years and honestly, I’m genuinely very happy with their service. What I like the most is their support. My account manager Aviral has been very helpful throughout. Whenever I face any issue—whether it’s logistics, technical, delayed pickup, fake delivery attempts or wrong remarks by delivery boys — he takes full ownership and gets it sorted for me. They also handle NDR issues really well, which has helped me reduce RTO for my COD orders significantly. That kind of support really matters when you’re running an e-commerce business. Overall, a dependable shipping partner.
Extremely poor service from iThink Logistics. The support team is absolutely disappointing and shows very little urgency in resolving delivery issues. Even after repeated follow-ups, there is no proper response, ownership, or meaningful solution. Shipments get delayed, delivery issues are not handled properly, and customer complaints seem to be completely ignored. For a business that depends on timely deliveries and customer satisfaction, this level of support is unacceptable.
