⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, this is the best grooming experience I have ever had. Katib is extremely professional and truly amazing with cats. He cut my cat’s nails so gently that she wasn’t scared at all — she didn’t feel anything, which is very rare for her. The whole team is kind, patient, and clearly loves what they do. The place is very clean, calm, and well-organized, which makes a huge difference for pets. I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my cat in their hands. I absolutely love their service, and I will definitely, definitely come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a grooming place that truly cares about animals.

Gerkin was amazing 🤩 this is my first time using for basic grooming. Bebo was collected from my door and dropped off after he’d had a shower, nails clipped and ears cleaned ! Very efficient and stress free, great value for money too ! Will definitely be using again. Highly recommend ✨

We are so happy with the services from Jack Pet Grooming Salon which also recommended by our brother in law. Thanks to Gek, the one that was taking care of our fur-kids grooming and sending us the precious pictures without asking which was so amazing and we never got this outstanding service from the other grooming companies in the past. Keep up the great work and service and once again thank you 🙏
