Ordered a Unox oven with 2 customised stainless steel racks (almost $1K each) Communication was prompt. Delivery of oven and manufacturing the racks was fast. Workmanship of the racks was decent but considering the high price for customisation, it could have been better. Had to get the technician to come down to smoothen the sharp edges. Downside is you have to make full payment first with 100% trust that everything will be what you wanted.
I purchased a piece of equipment from them last week, worth SGD 5,000. After using it for just two days, the glass cracked on its own, without any impact or mishandling. I contacted them for assistance, but they told me that the warranty does not cover this issue and that the machine cannot be repaired. They said the only option is to purchase a new unit.
