Selum was very helpful, professional, and reassuring of all my concerns. She was on time everytime I reach out, never had me waiting or resend any messages. I would highly recommend her to any another person dealing with issues that need to seek professional help. Selum at Jacoby and Meyers was a 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend her to my friends and family ect. Again thank you for making me feel comfortable and safe.
Jacoby and Meyers are an awesome law firm aside of the bias and discrimination vibes and attitude I get from Ariel. She has done absolutely nothing for me since my case has been in her hands as far as receiving medical records. She acts as if it's no big deal that my life has turned from sugar to 💩 due to my accidental fall and reconstructive surgery. I will never be the same, I am in pain from morning til night. I can't walk at all to even get up to use the restroom. I am on all kinds of medication. I am tired and I need someone by my side to help me legally, to fight for me legally. Ariel, I am quite sure I am not the first African American you have treated this way but I urge you to make me the last. Maria Estrada, much love to you. You put up with me through the good and the bad. You are a God send.
Jake and the entire office were great to work with. They were very organized and stayed on top of every detail, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I appreciated how responsive they were—anytime I reached out, I got a clear answer without having to wait forever. They really made me feel like my case mattered, not just another file. Overall, super smooth experience and I’m really happy I chose them.
