Food quality is good, but the customer service needs significant improvement. On the last two visits, staff did not follow the queue properly. When people they know arrived, they were served before customers who had already been waiting in line. The staff did not even ask whether other customers were okay with this. Service was also very slow. I hope management addresses these issues and ensures all customers are treated fairly and served in the correct order.
