This was our first visit to JARS, and it was a great experience! Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in and made us feel welcome. The gentleman who helped us was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend JARS to anyone looking for their cannabis needs, and we’ll be back!
Sarah was awesome. She listened to my concerns and gave me a personal experience to assist me with getting the best purchase for healthcare needs. She explained all of the processes very clearly and treated me with respect. Her personality was very friendly and made me feel extremely welcome. Thank you Sarah for taking the time to be patient with me and giving me a great customer service experience!
Pick up here quite a bit & always have a great experience! Most recently, Abby was super kind & went out of her way to find a specific product that I was looking for completely unprompted. I really appreciated it and am always grateful to have a positive experience.
