I bought a second-hand iPhone here, and since transferring data from one phone to another has become increasingly complicated, I relied on the staff of this store. In my case it was a long and complex process, especially when it came to transferring the SIM card, but the guys were exceptional. I am extremely grateful to them for their professionalism and patience, and for contacting my mobile provider on my behalf.
I’m not sure if there has been a change of ownership/staff because this has been one of our trusted places to go to. Always had great customer service and really good advice. Today however the guy in charge only seemed interested in upselling on everything. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, an iphone case, and left exhausted turning everything else down.
