They listened carefully to my concerns and took quick action to resolve all the issues I mentioned. I really appreciate their prompt response, accountability, and willingness to fix the problems. Mistakes can happen, but their customer service and quick resolution restored my confidence in them. Thank you for taking customer feedback seriously and for resolving the matter so efficiently. The issue was: I ordered several items from the JB Halal Food website, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I received my order, I found that the Pran Premium Ghee (900g) was spoiled. It had no normal ghee smell and instead had a strange odor. I ordered two containers, and now I don’t know what to do with them. I also ordered fresh green chilies, but they sent frozen green chilies instead, which was not what I expected. Additionally, the momo masala packet was broken, and the contents could have been contaminated. Finally, I ordered Pran Cookies Biscuit (900g), but they sent Pran Vanilla Cookies (900g), which is a different product. Overall, there were multiple issues with product quality, packaging, and incorrect items.

Their prices are good, their meat is of high quality too. They have some nice Australian imports of lamb.
