I’m giving 1 star because my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked an appointment to discuss my immigration situation, and I was only about 10 minutes late. I asked if we could still have a brief discussion, but they outright refused and told me I would have to reschedule for another day. Being 5–10 minutes late is completely reasonable, especially when it’s just for a conversation about an important personal matter like immigration. Their rigid and unaccommodating approach made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a client. It’s frustrating that they were unwilling to show even a small amount of flexibility or understanding.

I had a great experience with Jinee Green Card for my O1 visa. They guided me every step and made the process feel smooth and stress-free.
