We recently had the pleasure of working with TJ and DJ from John’s Plumbing & Pumps, and I can honestly say the experience was beyond exceptional from start to finish. From the very first phone call and scheduling process, everything was handled professionally, promptly, and with great communication. You can immediately tell this company truly values their customers. TJ and DJ showed up on time, were incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the job. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were absolutely top-notch. It is rare these days to find people who genuinely care about doing quality work and making sure the customer feels comfortable and informed every step of the way... but these two absolutely did. Not only was the work completed efficiently, but they also left everything clean and in great condition afterward. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and handled. Our family was extremely impressed with both the quality of work and the kindness they showed throughout the entire process. Called this company to help with plumbing emergency. They responded quickly, professionally and very reasonably priced. They were very communicative and customer service was great. I spoke with Brittany and the tech that did the repairs and both were very helpful and kind. The cost was less than half of what we got quoted by another company. Highly recommend!

I had them replace my well pump after it failed. They were able to get out quickly. The office staff and the two guys that came out were professional and got the work done quickly. They clearly explained the work that was being done and answered all my questions. Would recommend.
