Ordered a wig from her and she did not send the one which I ordered and instead sent a shorter one due to my previous complaints about a prior wig I had purchased. I was very disappointed in this as I do not wear short wigs. Instead of telling me to return the wig and that she would send the one which i paid for originally she sent me a 40 percent discount to get me to spend more money with her. While a discount is nice it only puts more money in her pockets. I would have appreciated if I had gotten the original wig length I paid for instead of her doing what she did. I still continued to purchase two additional wigs off her after despite this. Overall her wigs are very beautiful yet they are very very expensive when compared to other wig suppliers. However the quality is great. I would have given 5 stars if not for my experience with her and the one wig I purchased being shorter than what I paid for. I think in total I ordered 5-6 wigs from her. The owner is gracious and very kind so perhaps she was not thinking at the time to have me send back the wig and instead gave me a discount. I would hate to think that she just wanted me to spend more money instead of being honest and understanding that what she did was not nice to send shorter length than what I paid for.
