I was promised bumper-to-bumper emergency auto repair service for $1,767. What I got was a denial of my $560 claim for an emergency repair because neither I nor the garage performing the emergency repair didn’t understand that emergency repairs had to be pre-authorized, and that because the emergency repair in question was made during normal business hours, it was not an emergency repair as such and as such was not eligible for reimbursement. I advise anyone reading this to not buy the salesman’s spiel as I did of “bumper-to-bumper” coverage and tobe sure to read the fine print in the description of what’s covered and what’s not covered. Same thing happened to me. Requirement to get permission for an emergency repair was buried in the fine print in the back of the program’s description. Got most of my money back and will never sign up for such a service again.

I have a high mileage GM vehicle and wasn't certain if I could get an extended warranty. After speaking with JR Auto Protect about my options, I was able to get a policy. They were professional and patient with answering all my questions and concerns. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Do not use this company! They will find every reason not to cover your claim. They are awful. Bought a 4 year Platinum deluxe service contract. They refused over $5000 worth of issues with my air conditioning and transmission. They are super nice when when you sign up, but I promise you, you will be disappointed when it comes down to submitting a claim! Don't find out the hard way!
