Mr. Maricano Garcia has been an outstanding salesman and gentleman. He listened to my needs and advised me accordingly. I highly recommend him and JR Auto Protect, and I live in Georgia.

Brought my 2007 GMC Sierra to Banner Chevrolet New Orleans for transmission trouble. Hard shifting, PRNDL indicator and speedometer working sporadically. Called JR Auto Protect ahead of time, they said have the dealership call they after they find out what's wrong. Before the dealership called or their claim handler at JR Auto Protect called and told me all the stuff they wouldn't pay for. So they knew how they were going to rip me off ahead of time. Turns out they won't pay for the diagnostics or the labor to perform this essential procedure. Only way the mechanic can tell them what's wrong, what they said the dealership needs to call them with...what's wrong with the vehicle. It turns out the Transmission Control Module TCM was bad as determined by diagnostics. They're willing to pay for the used part. They are not willing to pay for the programming of the TCM or the labor to program it. TCM must be programmed to match the vehicle or it will cause damage to the transmission. Parts will start breaking with incorrect and harsh shifts. I have to pay $226 out of pocket(including deductible) to install a $157 dollar part! After faithfully paying JR Auto Protect $85 a month for 18 months ($1530)to protect me from expensive vehicle repairs. For that price the only resolution is the refund of $126 dollars, not credit! Totally unprofessional and just plain cheapskates. I also put in a complaint with the BBB!!! WHY is it not here. Complaint was partially resolved...prorated refund...rip off BBB lies about complaints, mine is missing, sent BBB proof of the complaint and promised to repost it. Never did. This business has no office... it's the owners garage. Royal administrations decides what's paid for. All JR does is collect your money. JR is lying, everything I stated is fact. I did not curse out phone representative! Matter of fact the representative at Royal Administration was rude and condescending. They called me before the dealership to tell me all the things they wouldn't pay for. Yes Royal Administration does enforce the policy. A policy sold by JR Auto Protect. That's how the game works. All the Warranty companies do it. See fine print in commercials. They are correct, I don't have a policy with them anymore. I dropped them after the wouldn't pay for repairs. They're loss...if they had done as promised and paid for repairs, I would still be paying the premium. Which would amount to way more than they refused to pay. I also provided BBB with documentation I HAD a policy with Royal Administration SOLD BY JR Auto Protect. Which they previously denied. So who's telling the truth. I have no reason for making this up.I wanted nothing more than to warn people about the deceitful industry practice. Save your money people, have a auto repair account with automatic deposit, you'll be better off in the long run...

Do not use this company! They will find every reason not to cover your claim. They are awful. Bought a 4 year Platinum deluxe service contract. They refused over $5000 worth of issues with my air conditioning and transmission. They are super nice when when you sign up, but I promise you, you will be disappointed when it comes down to submitting a claim! Don't find out the hard way!
