I retired as Technical Director after working for over 25 years in Hospitality Projects in Goa.I met Kasturi Eon sales team in 2020 and studied their project fully.I was convinced that the same was well conceived and planned and took possession of A2-1107 in 2022.It is an amazingly wonderful place with superb well maintained landscape which is comparable to any good project abroad.The maintainence team Mr.Sunil Azbekar, and Mr.Prashant Warade have been doing excellent work and ever ready to resolve any issues promptly. I am quite impressed with the construction quality and finishes and to every detail executed well.common areas are well maintained.Two level parking with ample ventilation is kep speek and span with good lighting...investment in this property is highly recommended .Nearness to Metro station has added much value to already valuable property. I would honestly say other developers have big names but EON stands out way above all of them. I wish EON the very best in their further ventures.

Kasturi’s sales experience needs significant improvement, particularly in interactions led by Director Bhushan. The approach felt unprofessional and dismissive, which is concerning at a leadership level. The organization would benefit from stronger, more customer-focused leadership in such a key role to enhance overall service standards.
