This Holiday Inn is a HI Express and *is NOT* the one in Gateway Gardens, as others have mentioned (note the address to the Gateway Gardens HI location is Bessie-Coleman-Strasse 16, Frankfurt, DE 60549). Recommend looking at that one before coming to this location. The Gateway Gardens location is closer to the airport and newer. I accidentally stayed here, at the Express, one night to catch a flight the next morning. It's ok. Check in associate was kind. Bathroom and shower were good, beds are comfortable, AC is not working so that offsets the comfortability. Breakfast was good; variety of foods and espresso machines.

The receptionists are very polite and helpful. They even orderd pizza for us from a local restaurant, as the restaurant at the hotel was already closed when we arrived late in the evening. Thank you so much for that! The breakfast was amazing in the morning! The hotel and rooms had everything we needed, very clean. Thank you so much!

No a/c they offered a fan (common in Europe), breakfast included with good options (no gluten-free options). The room smelled like a closed humid place but was clean. The service was outstanding we arrived very late and the front desk help with parking arrangement and provide a fan.
