I had a wonderful Service experience today with Kerivan Lane today!!! Phil and Rob (technicians) Came out to repair the dampers in my hvac System today and did an amazing job. They were polite and highly Skilled and knew exactly what to do. Additionally, they were able to clean out my oil burner and repair refrigerant issue all in one afternoon. They geo right down to business and knew what needed to be done. Phil did an amazing job explaining in Laymans terms what he was doing every step of the way! Highly recommend this company and their technicians and customer service people! Thanks Phil and Rob-I will definitely request them again!

We just had Rui from Kerivan-Lane out for an tune-up service on our oil furnace, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time, was extremely thorough, and took the time to explain the condition of the system and the work being done. He left the workspace spotless and made sure everything was running efficiently before heading out. Rui is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous—exactly what you want in a service technician. I've been a Kerivan-Lane customer for 6 years now. During that time, I've had a chance to interact with multiple technicians and customer service representatives and everyone, without exception, has been reliable, courteous, and attentive. If you own a home, you know how important those are! Most recently I worked with Tom a few times and I always know I can count him!
