I have signed up for my credit repair process 8months ago with Josh. At first the process seemed to be moving in the correct direction but after a 6months I’ve lost contact with him. My credit is still in the same place as it was the day I started. The processed seemed legit, I would get letters of dispute sent out on my behalf and had been told not to worry about debt collection while in the process disputing my credit. I’ve attempted to get in contact with Josh several times only to not hear anything back. I paid for the services up front… no payment plans. Expecting to be treated like a valued client only to be ghosted and left with debt that could have been payed down using the money I spent trying to correct my credit report. Do not allow these people get rich from your desperation.

I have been trying to contact Josh for 5 days and he has ghosted me. And if he wants to say there’s “no record of me being a client there” I have provided a screen shot of an email from them as a receipt of the fact that I paid them $4000 and was actively involved with their services. My complaint is not even with the service, they were able to get a few things removed from my credit report. My complaint is that there has been zero communication from them. I tried to log in to my account portal, where I was scanning in documents that I thought they were reviewing, and one day it just said I did not exist. I reached out to Josh and emailed the company directly. My messages were read and ignored. If the time I’ve paid for is up, they could just simply say that. I honestly would be happy if they said literally anything to explain what’s going on. Really disappointed. Josh was super friendly when it was time to pay, but apparently after they get their money they don’t care about you any more. I had a friend text Josh about starting services and he was sure quick to reply to him, at the same time he was ignoring my messages. Update: As stated in the response to this review I emailed them asking what was going on with my account access. It’s been a few days and still no reply. I’m assuming that was just to save face and they have no plans on communicating with me in any way. If you are someone who enjoys communicating with the company you are paying thousands of dollars to I would not recommend this one.
