The owner, Bill, quickly came out to my house to inspect my portico’s roof leak and was very helpful in explaining what he found. Assuming his estimate wasn’t absurdly higher than the other estimates we’d received, I was planning on going with Keyway as Bill seemed the most knowledgeable and a neighbor had used his company recently. Unfortunately, that was 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts I have been unable to get an estimate. I have called and left multiple voicemails and have sent two emails through the contact form on their website.
