I've been getting manicures for maybe 10 years. I haven't seen anything this bad in a long time. The nail polish wasn't completely removed, the nails weren't filed properly; I asked if they could file and shape them, and they said yes, but they just filed them superficially. The cuticles weren't cleaned properly. The service was terrible. More accurately, the employee was clearly inexperienced. Therefore, I don't recommend it.
