I removed my previous review after being personally contacted by a representative of this company who assured me that all issues with my book would finally be resolved if I gave them another chance and stopped my BBB complaint. Unfortunately, after months of patience, I now feel obligated to share my full experience honestly so that other authors can be careful. The original agreement I signed was approximately $750. However, throughout the process, additional charges and services kept being added until the total amount I paid reached nearly $2,500. Despite this significant cost, the final work did not reflect the level of professionalism that had been promised. The formatting and interior design of the book appeared rushed and poorly executed, with noticeable quality and layout issues. The English version was never properly completed or published as agreed, while the Greek version still contains formatting problems. In addition, the book remains unavailable for customers in Greece and Cyprus despite repeated assurances that this issue would be resolved. What disappointed me most was the repeated pattern throughout the process: when difficulties appeared, communication slowed down or stopped completely. Messages often went unanswered, especially after I requested a refund and cancellation. As an author, I invested not only money, but also trust, emotional energy, time, and public promotion into this project. I acted in good faith. I removed my original negative review and paused my BBB complaint because I believed the company sincerely intended to correct the problems. Unfortunately, the result was continued delays, unfinished work, poor communication, and promises that were never fulfilled. At this point, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this service to other authors. I strongly advise future clients to request detailed written agreements, carefully review every stage of production, and be cautious about verbal assurances that problems will “soon be fixed.” I genuinely hoped this situation would end professionally and respectfully, but sadly that was not my experience. UPDATE REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH KDP DIGITAL PUBLISHERS LLC After many months of patience, repeated communications, and numerous assurances that the issues would be corrected, I feel obligated to share the outcome of my experience. I paid approximately $2,500 for publishing services and repeatedly informed readers, supporters, and potential buyers that my book was available based on information provided by the company. Unfortunately, I encountered ongoing problems with publication, availability, distribution, formatting, and access to the book. On multiple occasions the book was unavailable, improperly presented, or inaccessible to readers who attempted to purchase it. Because these issues remained unresolved, I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB has now closed the complaint as "UNRESOLVED" and informed me of the following: "At this point, the business has not made a good-faith effort to work with us, so we have closed the case as Unresolved in their file." The BBB further advised that this complaint will remain on the company's public BBB profile and may affect its BBB rating. I am sharing this update so that authors and consumers can make informed decisions based on documented facts and my personal experience. I continue to maintain copies of the contract, payment records, correspondence, screenshots, and BBB documentation relating to this matter. Fr. Another author suggested that I contact Sophia Adams Project Manager and it has been a game changer. The team takes care of all the tedious task and I can now focus on me and my events.
