I worked as an HR Intern at KiwiQA, where I gained hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. HR Minu Soni the interaction was disappointing. The questions asked felt inappropriate, and the communication tone was professional boundary are being overlook, with an attitude that did not reflect basic business etiquette. Additionally, it appeared that remarks or decisions were being made without proper understanding. Even though I was not approaching the company, the HR representative reached out to me — which makes professionalism even more important. If such behaviour continues, it may result in losing potential candidates or clients. Companies should ensure that their HR representatives maintain respectful communication, act responsibly, and follow proper ethics while interacting with individuals. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, trains their team better, and improves their HR interaction standards.
