I’ve been to this salon twice for nail services, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. The biggest issue seems to be that there is no consistent pricing system. The nail artist quotes one amount, while the lady sitting at reception quotes another. And the best part? They actually end up fighting like stray dogs. If you want to experience a live cartoon show, guys please come here. You won’t be disappointed. 😅 But seriously, at least have some brains when you try to cheat people. Atleast remember the price you initially quote your customers. And to the lady at reception: rather than analysing customers and deciding the price, perhaps it would be better to have a proper, transparent price list. And Sangeetha, the nail artist: focus a little more on making customers happy and delivering quality work rather than making the experience feel like a money-making exercise. My nails looked extremely basic, and I honestly expected much better. Definitely not worth the money or the unnecessary drama. Just in case you call me a “fake/unverified customer” here’s the proof. Google Pay doesn’t lie!
