Outstanding service! Chris with Knock it out Home Inspections did an amazing job. He went above and beyond with his explanations of what he found during the inspection, and gave thorough recommendations on what to do with even the smaller listed items. He also sent out of his way to wait a few extra minutes so that our family could look around at our potential home. Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy inspector!

Very thorough. Explained the process and the entire report clear and understandable. He pointed out items from the immediate attention items to the everyday maintenance by color coded flags. I'm very impressed by how the inspection went. I would definitely recommend Chris!
