Each time I have an IT issue with my remote server, Krantz is always very responsive and quick to resolve the matter. They entire staff including Kim, Bobby, and Jim are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. I would recommend Krantz for all of your IT service needs!
Krantz Secure and I go back two decades. We were introduced when I worked at a small firm before establishing my boutique agency. Krantz's tech folks are super friendly and efficient. Because I am of an older generation, remote assistance of any kind can be baffling. Don't get me started on online banking at certain institutions. Krantz folks assigned to help me with issues large and small are consistently patient and kind. It is always appreciated. Happily recommend them!
