Great pricing, quick work and the bags we received were quality. The design team on the free design with your order isn’t very great and there are language barriers. However for the price and speed this company is solid. I’d suggest using your own design for the quickest, best results. We used a design that was created for a diff product and the team was able to rearrange it to our desire! Would use again.
As the Founder/CEO of a CPG company, I have worked with a number of packaging companies since our company launched. The experience I have had working with Kwick Packaging really stands out far above the rest! The quality of the packaging they designed and delivered for us has been top notch, but even more impressive for me is the level of customer service that I have received. No other packaging company has consistently gotten back to me so promptly, been able to anticipate issues and resolve them in advance to avoid problems, and ensured that the turnaround times for getting our packaging printed and delivered was consistently ahead of schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend Kwick Packaging to any company for their packaging needs. They have consistently underpromised and overdelivered for me, which is very hard to find in the packaging space!
We had never been asked about getting empty mylar packets before, but after a quick look online I found Kwick Packaging. Their quote beat the other company I was looking at, and once we started working on it, Peter and Melvin were super helpful throughout the process and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The turnaround time wasn't bad either!
