I’m so glad I found this vet clinic . I am so pleased with how they have treated and cared for our cat Figuro. Absolutely wonderful staff from the front desk to the back rooms. They have gone above and beyond to show they care for my baby from splint changes to nail trims . They listen and take everything into consideration and u like a few other place we been they actually speak from the heart not like a rehearsed play book. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kyle’s vet hospital becuase this review would go on and on . But if I could recommend a first stop choice to anyone who has a pet in need it would most definitely be this place. God bless them for all the love and care they provide for animals and pet owners.

Sheri Kyle was my vet for 23 years. Now that she has retired and sold her practice to a big conglomerate all the reasons for that long relationship with her practice have ended. Kyle Vet does not know me or my animals and my cash is more of a concern than care. On two recent visits for annual exams they did not give my dogs shots that were coming due within a few weeks. Instead, I had to schedule new visits so they could charge more fees. After my visit yesterday, I received a notification for a new expiring shot coming due for one of my dogs. That’s not service or care, that’s exploitation. Costs have also gone way up. I saw six different people yesterday and it still took an hour for an ear check and single shot. When Sheri was running the place I was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was helpful, knew me and my animals and worked quickly and efficiently to make our visit as quick and smooth as possible. The new team doesn’t know you or your pets, is trying to maximize the things they can charge you, drag out vaccination schedules and charge exorbitant fees for everything to pay all the staff milling about. I won’t be back.

Amazing vet clinic!!! It was my first time here and Dr. Russell was phenomenal. Her assistant was just as amazing. I think her name was Angel or Angie. I cannot thank them enough and we have found our permanent vet’s office!!!
