Unfortunately this place IS worth the hype. Their food is great, especially the sliders and the banana bread with passion fruit butter. That passion fruit butter- I would eat off the ground idc idc. Slather me in it. Their service? My gawd. They must be getting paid a living wage AND make great tips. Everyone seems so chill and happy. Great energy from everyone and great recommendations as well. If you come here slack dab in the afternoon, you’ll probably get lucky with little to no line. If you go any time before 1pm, you’ll be waiting about an hour in line and probably won’t be able to find seating. They do have a nice little patio out back, but I recommend taking your things to go.

Still recovering from Bieberchella, so naturally I ended up at Community Goods Coffee & Goods as every other Belieber would do. We pulled up at 7:30 am and the line was already 30 to 40 people deep. Mind you, they opened at 7 am. I said yeah this better change my life or at least my mood. We waited 20-25 mins as I was reflecting on my life choices. Finally, we orderthe breakfast sliders. It was just hawaiian bread, eggs, cheese which was nothing crazy. I’m thinking “I could make this at home” type energy. Took one bite and it was definitely hitting and definitely savoury. But I might’ve gaslit myself into loving it because it was $15 for 4 tiny pieces. The Einspanner latte took it home for me. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just right like it was engineered for emotional recovery. and I don’t even drink coffee like that, but if I did, this is the one. ☕️

Absolutely worth all the hype it gets! We came at 8:30am on Sunday morning and the line was already super long. We waited about 35 mins and got the sliders with bacon and avocado. 2 matcha’s and they were incredible!!! We’re from the east coast and thought we’ve had some of the best bacon/egg/cheeses but their breakfast sliders definitely surpassed that. Hope they can keep up with the demand. Rotate the employees so they dont burn out and get better seating to accommodate the demand.
