Working with LYS has been great experience for us. The mentors are compassionate, caring, and knowledgable. My daughter has considered pursuing a career in the Aviation field as a pilot. LYS provided us with a lot of great information about pilots, flight schools and Aviation programs. LYS also connected us with a mentor who is a Pilot. Having the opportunity to converse, ask questions, get advice, and receive information about real life experiences as a Pilot has been very helpful. My daughter experienced her 1st flight lesson via ‘Discovery Flight’ a couple days ago. It was a great experience and she is excited about pursuing a career as a Pilot… We look forward to continuing to work with LYS!!!

Graduated from college and was looking for post-grad mentoring, so I came in not expecting much. After attending some mentoring meetings and Zoom calls I realized they care and they had all the resources I needed. All that I should have learned about school and matriculating from one area to another, finances, being a professional I learned here...for FREE. Even though, I graduated they have resources available to help me navigate to the next step. Very grateful for this company.
