Best restaurant I have ever been too. It was my girlfriend and I’s 1.5 anniversary and were very impressed from how good this restaurant was. Food was excellent, great portioning, and very appealing. Amazing scenery of the lake outside, inside was very well lit and fancy. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and made the whole experience so much better. Food came very fast, fastest I’ve seen for a restaurant so I was very impressed. Absolutely perfect
Lakeside Chophouse was a great stop in Waterton! The short ribs were fall-apart tender, packed with flavour, and an easy 8/10. The chicken parm absolutely stole the show. Crispy, cheesy, cooked perfectly, and a solid 10/10. I’d order it again in a heartbeat. The butternut squash risotto (with added chicken) was unfortunately the only miss. It honestly reminded us more of rice pudding than risotto, with not a lot of flavour. Thankfully, the Brussels sprouts were excellent and definitely helped redeem the dish. Now for the real MVP… Sofia! She was an absolute 10/10. Friendly, attentive, funny, and easily one of the best servers we’ve had on this trip. Great service can make a meal, and she absolutely did. Overall, one dish missed the mark, but the rest of the meal and the outstanding service made this an easy place to recommend. We’d definitely come back.
