Great camping with a great view! The only thing is that the outer lamp didn’t work. The studio was good but a bit small. The cutting board and frying pan are in need of replacement. The bathroom is a bit small, the shower curtain is quite annoying. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The location is absolutely fantastic, with a view of Lago Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The place has its own small beach on the other side of the road so you don't have to go any further to swim. It's a rocky bottom so bring swimming shoes. The place also has a small restaurant with surprisingly good food and the same fantastic view. The restaurant also serves breakfast if you don't feel like cooking yourself. We rented a mobile home and it was ok to bring our dog. We were going to another accommodation in Cannobio with a late check-in. So we asked if we could stay at the beach for a couple of hours. They were ok with us staying at the beach, but we were not allowed to leave the car in the area. The type of mobile home we stayed in was very close together in a semicircle. That's great if you are several families traveling together. But having the terrace angled toward the neighbor's terrace without screening is not ideal with completely unknown people.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this campsite! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were always friendly, helpful, and smiling. Also dogs are very welcome here, too. The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean at all times, which we really appreciated. What truly made this place special was the attention to detail and the passion of the people running it. You can tell they really care about their guests. The footwalk to the town of Cannobio takes about 15 minutes along a quite busy road. But you can also take the bus, which connects you very easy to the next towns. We would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a memorable holiday in nature. We will definitely come back again! Thanks a lot to all the staff - especially to Mirko, Andrea and Marika!
