I went to this place the last week of Jan 2021. Good quiet environment for testing. I felt more comfortable here than at another testing facility I went to last year as the guy wore a mask, practiced physical distancing, and had a glass separating when taking my picture. Also when my exam froze up the guy fixed the issue quickly so I didn't lose much time. Glad I passed this exam and it's behind me! Thank you again for the stress free experience.
For me the experience here was not very good. When I arrived, the person checking in was on a personal call and didn't even acknowledge me or say just a moment or anything, after a minute she took out a sign in sheet handed me a pen and just pointed to a section where I was supposed to put in my name and the exam that I was taking, she did all this while still on her phone. The second thing is during this time when the COVID is surging there was no real spacing or social distancing in the testing room. The examination booths were right next to each other and even though the sign outside said masks required, I noticed that a few of the test takers had no masks on. Thirdly after I was done with my test, I went to the front to pick up the printout of my results and the printer was not working. I got the test completed however it was not the best experience I definitely would not recommend.
Treated pretty badly when i arrived here to take my exam, not only that I was not able to take my test. The guy told me to wait 10 minutes and it turned out 1 hour!!!! When I arrived and walked in it felt like no one cared or noticed, when i finally got someone's attention i was made to feel like a bother or nuisance, The icing on the cake was when I had a problem with my test location/scheduling and the employee helping me decided it was acceptable to ask me to wait 1 hour, by which time my voucher would have expired. I got up and left and now I’m having trouble rescheduling my exam!!!
