LaneCertInc.PROVerified business?

I had a great experience from the time I walked in, signed in, locked up my personal belongings, took my exam and left. I am definitely coming back to take my future exams here.

Horrible center to take an exam. very old, bad smelling, sticky unresponsive mouse that takes several clicks to make a selection which is awful for a timed exam. Very bright and double vision screen that was assigned to me and couldn't be fixed or changed. Along with the absence of the customer service which was a teenager with his face in his phone all the time dealing with me. I don't recommend any business here.

Treated pretty badly when i arrived here to take my exam, not only that I was not able to take my test. The guy told me to wait 10 minutes and it turned out 1 hour!!!! When I arrived and walked in it felt like no one cared or noticed, when i finally got someone's attention i was made to feel like a bother or nuisance, The icing on the cake was when I had a problem with my test location/scheduling and the employee helping me decided it was acceptable to ask me to wait 1 hour, by which time my voucher would have expired. I got up and left and now I’m having trouble rescheduling my exam!!!
