Really bad experience. I was told that the extensions were genuine Korean keratin hair, but literally by the second day the hair became extremely messy, tangled and rough. The quality was completely different from what I was promised. I paid for good-quality hair and trusted what they told me, but honestly it feels like I was given fake/low-quality hair in the name of Korean hair. For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and the quality. I would not recommend this place for hair extensions. Please be careful and make sure you verify the hair quality before paying.
