I bought this bag while traveling in Morocco, and somewhere along the way it ended up with several large water and oil stains. I was honestly heartbroken when I got back to the States because I thought I had completely ruined it. There were huge oil stains on the back, sides, and even the straps. I brought it to Lebanon Leather Works, and they assured me they could re-dye the bag. About a week later, it was ready for pickup, and I was absolutely stunned by the results. My bag looks even better than it did when I first bought it! You would never know it had been covered in stains. The owners are incredibly kind, professional, and clearly take great pride in their craftsmanship. I’m so grateful I found them and was able to support this local business. VERY GOOD!!! I recently had my varsity jacket brought to a dry cleaner where they turned the white leather to tan. I was very upset, and concerned that nothing could be done, until I found Lebanon Leather works. I shared my concerns with them, and they assured me that everything would be good. They returned it even better than before! The jacket is perfect, and they even spent EXTRA time cleaning it and making it look perfect. I love it so so much and couldn’t be happier. Great service with great people :) 10/10 WOULD Recommend!!
