Leo Home Solutions just did an excellent job resolving a serious rodent issue in my tenant's apartment. They were quick to do an inspection and give us a quote which was much lower than a leading extermination service. The inspection was also more thorough and included the attic space which the other company excluded. In one day, they sealed all entry points and cleaned out 1200 sq ft of attic insulation where the rodents had nested and lay down traps. They have subsequently returned daily to inspect the traps and remove caught rodents. I'm really satisfied with the quick turnaround and progress being made. I highly recommend them.

I called 3 different companies to get quotes on how much it would cost to remove skunks from my crawl space. Leo was the first to respond (same day). Another company called back the next day. The third company never responded despite my having called them twice. Although Leo was more than double the price of the other company, we decided to go with him because of the thoroughness of his process. Both Leo and the other company were willing to trap and remove/rehome the skunks (and set rat traps as well). Both were willing to seal up all openings to the crawl space to ensure that the end result would be a skunk-free, rodent-free space. Both were willing to provide us with 2 new crawl space access doors. However, only Leo’s company was willing to go into the crawl space as part of the process. Additionally, only Leo’s company was willing to: 1. Clean out any and all feces and nesting materials from the crawl space 2. Check the crawl space insulation for functional integrity and replace it for an additional fee, if necessary (the insulation had been pulled down in some places but the team inspected all the insulation, found it to be satisfactory, and pushed it back into place—no additional fee added) 3. Thoroughly sanitize the crawl space using natural organic neutralizer and disinfectant PureGreen24 to eliminate pathogens and odors (otherwise, other pests—like cockroaches—would continue to be attracted to the space) Leo’s team showed up exactly when they said they would and even finished the work early. One week later, someone came to re-inspect their work and check the traps. We are beyond satisfied with the quality of the work done and with the professionalism of Leo’s team.
