From the beginning, they were highly professional, communicated proactively, and even arrived early, which was greatly appreciated. They took the time to explain every detail of the installation, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the setup before leaving. Their workmanship was excellent — the installation was neat, clean, and done with great attention to detail. Both Jaspreet and Mohammad were approachable, knowledgeable, and truly showed pride in their work. I really appreciate their dedication, professionalism, and focus on providing a great customer experience. I will share a separate review for the actual unit after a few days of use, but I wanted to recognize the fantastic service provided by Jaspreet and Mohammad. Highly recommended!

Recently, I had Louie Lu from LG Home Comfort for my ductless HP. His professional, patient help me to have a solution much easier. The installation team did a good job too, I'm very happy to deal with Louie from beginning to the end. I strongly recommend Louie lu for all your home comfort needs.

Ali and his co-worker came today (April 8, 2026) to install our new Gas Tankless Water Heater and worked for around 4 hours removing the old equipment and installing the new, including the air vent pipe to the outside of our home for which they had to cut a hole through the brick and wall of the house. As I observed regularly, the work was hard but they were able to complete it without complications! I often went to see what they were doing and asked them if it was ok or if they needed anything from me. They were friendly and ok with me asking questions and observing their work both inside and outside of my home and responded to my questions. In terms of their care for my home, they asked permission to walk in, in their work boots but also put down floor mats/sheets from the front door to prevent damage. Ali also took care of moving furniture that was in the way to their walking in and out and moving their equipment and the old and new Water Heaters. At the end of their work, they clean up their work area and Ali asked me to open all tabs to ensure that hot water was flowing well everywhere in my home. And it was! Overall, I felt that the work was performed very well and completely and, over the next few days we will be testing the new system and its performance. We may add new feedback about our experiences.
