I moved my 81 year old grandmother from a memory care facility in Kentucky down to Sarasota in March of 2026. Susan and Marissa helped immensely with the details. especially worth mentioning, on her day of arrival our flight came in later than expected, and we didn’t arrive at the facility until around 8:30pm. Yet they made sure she had everything she needed to ensure a smooth transition. They were very welcoming and helped us with each step along the way. My grandmother was only there for 4 months before she passed away, but she felt at comfortable there and was always taken care of, and they always communicated everything that was going on to us. Every time I went to visit, my grandmother’s room was cleaned and organized, and she was interacting with the community way more than she was when she was in the facility in Kentucky. If you’re looking for memory care, I can’t say enough good things about Liana. The nurses, caregivers, housekeepers, and leadership team helped make her last few months a good experience for her and for my wife and I.

I toured the facility and was very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness but I have to mention the staff was very clean and dressed appropriately. The Culture of your facility is what stood out the most, very friendly people in general including residents, visitors and staff. The place I was looking for my loved one and This place is it! Liana takes superior care of my 100 year old mom with severe dementia. There is plenty of staff, they are very attentive, they always know where she is and what she is up to: there are many eyes on her. Her room is very clean and she is bathed frequently. This isn’t easy as dementia patients don’t always like showering! My mom is engaged in exercise and activities. The food is very good. The ED communicates thoroughly and the billing staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition to our long term care insurance. This is a fantastic facility!
